Objet : Dénonciation et plainte
contre Mahamadou Touré
Nous, Associations antiesclavagistes
de l’Afrique de l’Ouest de la communauté soninké, avec nos partenaires, nous
portons à la connaissance des autorités Saoudiennes et à l’Oumma Islamique, la
diffusion de prêches qui autorisent l’esclavage entre des musulmans au nom du
Saint Coran. Ce sont des prêches qui portent atteinte à l’image de l’Islam dans
le monde. Tout mensonge diffusé au nom d’Allah, le saint Coran et son prophète
Mohamed (PSL) est un blasphème.
Le coran, livre universel appelle à
la paix, à l’unité des hommes, à leur connaissance mutuelle et à la dignité de
tous. En effet, le projet divin pour l’homme a toujours été d’établir la
justice et l’équité sur terre afin que la fraternité entre les hommes soit
effective et devienne une réalité par la disparition des discriminations et la
cessation des privilèges immérités. Les croyants, nous dit le Coran, « ne
peuvent être que des frères ». Autrement dit, ils ne peuvent pas être
autre chose que des frères, à moins de cesser d’être des croyants.
Dans un autre verset, un appel est
adressé à tous les humains pour leur rappeler leur origine commune. Allah
dit « Ô vous les hommes ! Nous vous avons créés d'un mâle et
d'une femelle. Nous vous avons constitués en peuples et en tribus dans le seul
but que vous vous connaissiez
mutuellement. Le plus noble d'entre vous, auprès de Dieu, est le plus pieux
d'entre vous. Dieu est certes Omniscient et Grand Connaisseur ». Toute la
philosophie de la révélation est résumée dans ce sublime verset. Il s’agit en
définitive de nous connaitre mutuellement et non de nous dominer mutuellement,
nous aider mutuellement et non que les uns spolient les autres, nous aimer
mutuellement et non que les uns se considèrent comme privilégiés et donc
supérieurs aux autres.
Le Royaume d’Arabie Saoudite
abrite le haut lieu saint de tous les musulmans, nous sommes profondément
blessés par les prêches de ce monsieur, originaire de la République du Mali, de
l'ethnie Soninké, qui réside en terre sainte depuis de nombreuses années. Cet
homme, du nom de Mahamadou Touré, porte atteinte à la dignité d’homme
d'un bon nombre de musulmans dans la communauté Soninké qui se trouve à cheval
entre plusieurs pays d'Afrique de l'ouest (Mali, Mauritanie, Sénégal, Gambie et
la Guinée).
De 2000 à 2019, ce prêcheur qui
dispose d’une grande audience au sein de la communauté Soninké avait diffusé
plusieurs cassettes « audio » légitimant l'esclavage coutumier
par ascendance entre les musulmans. Ce prêche scandaleux qui instrumentalise
notre sainte religion en cautionnant des pratiques antéislamiques comme
l’esclavagisme intra-africain organisé par des forces de la jahilya qui
sévissaient sur le continent par des brigandages et autres trafics humains dans
cette zone. Son discours apologiste de ces pratiques inhumaines a été la cause
d'innombrables agressions de toutes sortes perpétrées par des esclavagistes
Soninké sur d'autres personnes qui se sont révoltées contre cette situation
inacceptable. Nous vous mettons en liens
quelques images de ces atrocités.
En tant que responsables théologiques
et moraux de l’Islam dans le monde, nous vous demandons d’entreprendre des
poursuites judiciaires et administratives contre cet homme, nommé Mahamadou
Touré. Nous attirons aussi l'attention des autorités saoudiennes sur le cas de
ce prêcheur coutumier en terre sainte car ses disciples fanatisés commettent de
graves crimes à l'endroit d'autres personnes considérées à tort comme leurs
esclaves récalcitrants alors qu’elles sont musulmanes.
Le
Prophète (que la prière d'Allah et Son salut soient sur lui) a dit: « Le
musulman est le frère du musulman, il n'est pas injuste avec lui, il ne
l'abandonne pas. Et celui qui s'occupe du besoin de son frère, Allah s'occupe
de son besoin. Celui qui soulage un musulman d'un souci, Allah le soulage d'un
souci parmi les soucis du jour de la résurrection. Et celui qui couvre un
défaut du croyant, Allah le couvrira le jour de la résurrection ».

شركائنا نعلن للسلطات السعودية وللأمة الإسلامية عن حصول ونشر صلوات تسمح
بالاسترقاق بين المسلمين وذلك باسم القرآن الكريم. ويتعلق الأمر بدعوات تسيء إلى
صورة وسمعة الإسلام في العالم. وكل كذبة يتم نشرها باسم الله وباسم القرآن الكريم
وباسم النبي محمد (صلى الله عليه وسلم) مجرد بدعة. ويعتبر القرآن الكريم كتابا
كونيا جامعا يدعوا إلى السلم والى وحدة الناس والتعارف المشترك بينهم واحترام
كرامتهم جميعا. بالفعل، تمت إقامة المشروع السماوي بالنسبة للإنسان على أسس العدل
والمساواة على الأرض من أجل أن تكون الإخوة بين الناس فعلية وان تكون واقعا يدفع إلى
القضاء على التمييز والحد من الامتيازات غير المستحقة. ويقول القرآن الكريم "إنما
المؤمنون إخوة". وبعبارة أخرى، لا يمكن أن يكون الناس إلا اخوة، اللهم إلا إذا
تخلوا عن الإيمان. وفي آية ما تم توجيه الدعوة إلى كل الناس لتذكيرهم بأصل البشر. " يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ
إِنَّا خَلَقْنَاكُم مِّن ذَكَرٍ وَأُنثَىٰ وَجَعَلْنَاكُمْ شُعُوبًا وَقَبَائِلَ
لِتَعَارَفُوا ۚ إِنَّ أَكْرَمَكُمْ عِندَ
اللَّهِ أَتْقَاكُمْ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَلِيمٌ
خَبِيرٌ ". وتتلخص جميع فلسفة الوحي في هذه الآية الكريمة.
وفي النهاية، يتعلق الأمر بان نتعارف فيما بيننا وان لا يسيطر بعضنا على بعض وان يساعد
بعضنا البعض وإلا يقوم بعضنا باستغلال البعض وان لا يعتبر البعض منا أفضل من البعض
الأخر.
إن المملكة العربية
السعودية تحتضن اقدس موقع عند كل المسلمين، وقد تسببت لنا دعاية هذا السيد جراحا
كبيرة وعميقة، وهو منحدر أصلا من مالي، ومن طبقة الصوننكي ويعيش في الديار المقدسة
منذ سنوات عديدة. ان هذا الشخص الذي يطلق عليه اسم محمد توري، يتسبب في المساس من
كرامة العديد من المسلمين في المجموعة الصوننكية التي توجد على مسافة فرس بين
العديد من دول إفريقيا الغربية (مالي، موريتانيا، السنغال، غامبيا وغينيا). فمنذ
سنة 2000 إلى سنة 2019، قام هذا الداعية الذي يتمتع بقوة الخطاب على مستوى مجموعة
الصونني بنشر العديد من الأشرطة السمعية تقوم على تشريع الاستعباد العادي حسب
التوارث بين المسلمين. ان هذا الداعية المخزي الذي يستعمل ديننا الحنيف لتأمين
الممارسات المناهضة للإسلام من قبيل العبودية داخل إفريقيا المنظمة بواسطة قوى جاهلية
التي كانت تسيطر على القارة عن طريق اللصوصية والمتاجرة بالبشر في هذه المنطقة. ان
خطابه الخرافي حول هذه الممارسات غير الإنسانية كان سببا في العديد من الاعتداءات
متعددة الاشكال والانماط المرتبكة من طرف الاستعباديين الصوننكي على أشخاص آخرين
ما فتئ ان ثاروا ضد هذه الوضعية المرفوضة. ونترككم مع عينات من هذه الجرائم الشنيعة.
وباعتباركم مسئولين
دينيون ومعنويون عن الإسلام في العالم، فإننا نلتمس منكم القيام بالمتابعات
القانونية والإدارية ضد هذا الرجل، المدعو محمد توري. ونلفت انتباه السلطات
السعودية حول حالة هذا الداعية العادي على ارض مقدسة لان مريدوه وإتباعه المغرورين
يقومون بارتكاب جرائم خطيرة نيابة عن أشخاص آخرين كما لو كانوا عبيدا لهم في حين أنهم
مسلمون.
وعن ابن عمر رضي الله
عنهما أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال : المسلم أخو المسلم لا يظلمه ولا
يسلمه من كان في حاجة أخيه كان الله في حاجته ومن فرج عن مسلم كربة فرج الله عنه
بها كربة من كرب يوم القيامة ومن ستر مسلما ستره الله يوم القيامة متفق عليه.

Object: Denunciation and complaint against Mahamadou
Touré.
We: The Anti-slavery Association of West Africa of the
Community Soninké, with our partners bring to the awareness (knowledge?) of the
Saudi authorities and theIslamic Ummah, the diffusion of preaching that
authorizes slavery between Muslims in the name of the Sacred Koran. This
preaching brings disrepute to the image of Islam in the world. All lies spread
in the name of Allah, the Holy Koran and itsProphet Mohamed (PSL) is a
blasphemy. The Koran, the universal book, appeals for peace, for the unity of
mankind, to their mutual knowledge of each other and dignity for all.
In truth, the divine project for mankind has always
been to establish justice and equality on earth in order that the fraternity
among men was effective and becomes a reality, by the disappearance of
discrimination and the ceasing of unmerited privileges. The believers, the
Koran teaches us “can only be brothers”. In other words, they can only be
brothers unless they cease to be believers. In another verse, an appeal is
addressed to all humanity, in order to remind them of their common origin.
Allah says “Oh you the humans! We have created you as
a male and a female. We have created you in peoples and tribes with the sole
aim that you mutually know each other. The noblest among you, nearest to God,
are the most pious among you. God is certainly Omniscient and All Knowing”. All
of the philosophy of the revelation is summed up in this sublime verse. It
refers quite definitively, to know each other and not to mutually dominate each
other. To help each other and not to despoil each other. To mutually love each
other, and not for one to consider themselves as privileged, and thus superior
to others.
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is the home of the highest
saintly authority of all Muslims, we are deeply wounded by the preachings of
this man, originally from the Republic of Mali, and of Soninké ethnicity, who
for many years has resided in the holy land. This man, known by the name
Mahamadou Touré, brings disreputeto the human dignity of numerous Muslims in
the Soninké community that sits on the frontiers of a number of West African
countries (Mali, Mauritania, Senegal, Gambia and Guinea).
Between 2000 and 2019, this preacher who has access to
a large audience inside of the Soninké community has distributed a number of
audio cassettes, legitimizing slavery as customary by ascendance between
Muslims. This scandalous sin that instrumentalizes our holy religion by
authorizingthese anti-Islamic practices, such as inter-African slavery
organized by the forces of the Jahiliyya on
the continent that are actively engaged in by outlaws and other traffickers in
humans beings in this zone. His apologeticdiscourses’ on these inhuman
practices were the cause of innumerable aggressions of every kind, practiced by
these Soninké slavers on other people who have revolted against this
unacceptable situation. We bring to your attention some images of these
atrocities.
In accordance with your position of theological and
moral responsibility for Islam in the world, we ask of you to undertake both
judicial and administrative prosecution against this man, named Mahamadou
Touré. We also bring to the attention of the Saudi authorities the case of this
preacher of customary traditions in the holy land, because his fanaticized
disciples commit grave crimes towards other people, considered in error by them
as their recalcitrant slaves, even though they are Muslims.
The Prophet (may the prayer of Allah and his Salvation
be upon him) has said “The Moslem is the brother of the Moslem, he is not
unjust with him, he does not abandon him. And he who caresfor the needs of his
brother, Allah will take care of his needs. He who comforts a Moslem of his
difficulty, Allah will unburden of a worry among worries on the day of
resurrection. And he who hides a defect of a believer, Allah will remember
theirs on the day of resurrection”
